What You’ll Do:

• Perform inspections and maintenance per FAA regulations and company standards.
• Conduct scheduled/unscheduled repairs on airframes, engines, and components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Accurately document all maintenance activity.
• Work closely with the team to complete projects safely and on time.
• Mentor junior mechanics and support ongoing training.
• Stay current on aviation trends and technologies.
• Maintain tools and report any issues promptly.

What You’ll Need:

• FAA A&P certification.
• 2+ years of aviation maintenance experience (Part 145 preferred).
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Solid understanding of aviation safety and compliance standards.
