Are you an accounting professional looking for a challenging and exciting role? Our rapidly growing client is looking for an eager Accounts Payable Specialist who loves working in a fast-paced environment and taking on new responsibilities.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Execute electronic transfers and payments in a timely manner
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Support various accounting and finance projects as required

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is advantageous
