We need an Advanced CNC Precision Technician to join our passionate team on 2nd shift at our Kearny Mesa facility. Embrace a 5% shift differential as you innovate within a fast-paced workplace.
The Challenge
Dive into the world of CNC machining, tackling complex assignments using multi-axis lathes and mills. Configure machines and craft precision components that meet exacting specifications.
Strategically set up machine controls for optimal performance in crafting metal parts as per blueprints and layouts.
Expertly manage tooling, ensuring alignment and precision during automatic operations.
Vigilantly maintain machines, diagnosing issues and carrying out routine maintenance.
Contribute suggestions to enhance machining processes in Daily Management meetings.
What You Bring
Proficiency in reading blueprints and executing precision measurements.
In-depth knowledge of machining principles, including GD&T, and familiarity with Fanuc or Mazak controllers.
Competence in fixture setup and tool calibration, ensuring optimal equipment function.
Minimum four years of CNC machine operational experience.
