Associate Dentist with Ownership Opportunity

Location: Seattle, WA.

Practice Overview: Our dental group operates three esteemed practices in the Greater Seattle area: Bellevue Dentists, Redmond Dentists, and Seattle Dentists. Each location is dedicated to providing comprehensive general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry services, ensuring our patients receive top-quality care in a comfortable environment. We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist for our Seattle office, with a structured pathway to full ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing both restorative and cosmetic dentistry needs.
• Perform procedures such as exams, dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and dental implants.
• Provide preventive dental services and educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Washington State dental license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; however, recent graduates with a strong skill set are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in a broad range of dental procedures, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach to care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
