Job Description :
The Benefits & Compensation Analyst will manage the organization’s employee benefits program, ensure regulatory compliance, and work on developing competitive compensation strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle sensitive information with discretion and communicate effectively with staff regarding their compensation and benefits.
