What You Will Be Doing - Conducting high-impact family engagements that articulate Alpha's unique value proposition and accelerate enrollment decisions
- Executing strategic communication throughout the admissions pipeline with responsiveness and personalization that converts interest into enrollment
- Implementing rigorous safety protocols, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating swift resolution with appropriate staff
- Managing vendor relationships to ensure proactive maintenance and rapid response to facility needs
- Developing and refining documentation systems that drive continuous improvement across all processes
What You Won’t Be Doing - Participating in inefficient meetings that lack clear objectives or decision authority
- Delivering generic, scripted pitches that fail to address each family's unique questions and concerns
- Chasing vendors or compensating for inadequate documentation systems
- Waiting for direction when problems arise—you'll identify issues and implement solutions proactively
Campus Coordinator Key Responsibilities Drive enrollment growth while maintaining operational excellence, creating an environment where exceptional teaching and learning can flourish.
Basic Requirements - Proven track record in educational admissions, enrollment management, or family engagement
- Superior communication skills across all mediums
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence paired with self-directed initiative
- Working knowledge of or aptitude for campus operations management
- Commitment to working on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Nice-to-have Requirements - Experience with safety compliance, regulatory requirements, or facilities oversight
- Comprehensive understanding of the Scottsdale/Phoenix K-12 education landscape
- Recognition for exceptional responsiveness and follow-through

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
