Confidential COO Opportunity — Medical Tourism & Regenerative Medicine

A heavily capitalized medical tourism and regenerative medicine startup (stem-cells) is seeking a results-driven COO to turn vision into execution and scale the business into a profitable market leader.

With offices in San Diego and Tijuana , and expansion plans into Colombia and beyond, the opportunity is primed for aggressive growth — with a clear goal to triple revenue under bold, focused leadership.

The foundation is in place. The capital is committed. The vision is clear. Now we need a builder-operator to take full ownership of execution — someone ready to immerse themselves in the business, produce results, and drive toward profitability and lasting value.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven CEO, COO, or President with experience scaling organization(s) to $20M+ in revenue and delivering profitable results required
  • Prior experience and comfortability operating cross-border in Tijuana, MX required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly desired
  • Strategic yet action-oriented — operate with urgency to make informed decisions and clear direction while aligning tightly to the founder's high-level goals
  • Commercially sharp — skilled across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • An energizing leader — you galvanize teams, build ownership cultures, and demand high performance
  • Financially literate — able to read a balance sheet, drive profitability, and manage P&L with discipline
  • Resilient, adaptable, and relentlessly focused on outcomes

What You’ll Tackle

  • Translate the founder’s vision into a clear, actionable roadmap, and lead the charge to execute it
  • Establish operational discipline — KPIs, financial reporting, forecasting, and accountability across the business
  • Assess and optimize a lean, talented 15+ person team — getting the right players in the right seats
  • Revamp and energize Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure aggressive growth goals
  • Negotiate and manage key vendor and partner relationships to enable expansion
