Job Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, and office spaces.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests related to cleanliness and facility upkeep.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including the handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Perform seasonal cleaning tasks, such as window washing and deep cleaning carpets.
Assist in moving furniture and other equipment as required for special events and meetings.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Effective time management skills.

Desired Experience:

Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
Experience in a commercial or industrial setting is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
