Position: Director of Club Operations | Exclusive Resort Club | Remote Opportunity | Salary: $90,000-$105,000

Set in a picturesque environment, our club boasts exceptional amenities, including a celebrated golf course, exquisite dining options, state-of-the-art tennis facilities, and a variety of leisure and recreational activities. We are currently on the lookout for a Director of Club Operations to join our executive team, lead operations, and elevate the member experience—all while working remotely.
Job Qualifications:
Extensive experience managing multiple departments within the hospitality industry, ideally in a private club environment.
Strong leadership abilities with a knack for managing diverse teams.
Proven track record of achieving financial performance goals.
Expertise in food and beverage management.
Experience in upholding and enhancing high standards of member service.
Skilled in planning and maintaining a vibrant calendar of member events.
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Director of Club Operations, you will:
Oversee the Food and Beverage, Locker Rooms, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments remotely.
Collaborate with Golf, Administration, Course Maintenance, Tennis, and Pool Departments to enhance member service across all areas.
Ensure the clubhouse facility is well-maintained and clean through effective remote management.
Uphold our high-quality standards in food and beverage service.
Partner with all departments to develop engaging youth programming.
Work closely with vendors and club leadership during construction phases to ensure smooth execution.
