We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** SMCS-Sutter Med Center - Sacramento **Position Overview:** Acts as first point of contact for incoming equipment service and maintenance requests as well as general customer inquiries received through phone, email, and potentially web portal channels. May participate in training in order to support additional areas in responding to customer inquiries and service requests. Establishes and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with customers to identify ways to be of service and ensure customer satisfaction. Pay Range is $26.09 to $32.60 / hour _The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
