This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical dashboards and business users, ensuring tools are accessible, understood, and actionable. _Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + **Stakeholder Enablement & Support** + Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and Talent Acquisition to drive adoption of analytics tools. + Host regular office hours and monitor Slack channels to provide real-time support. + Translate complex dashboard insights into executive-ready presentations and job aids. + Build "follow-me-home" feedback loops to gather user insights and enhancement requests. + **Content Development & Communication** + Create enablement materials such as 1-pagers, microlearning modules, and videos. + Develop tools and templates in collaboration with Learning & Development for "how-to" guidance. + Document product usage cycles and anticipate peak support periods (e.g., biweekly office hours). + **Product & Platform Ownership** + Support the build and enhancement of dashboards in Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI. + Stand up and maintain a centralized self-service platform for analytics tools and resources. + Provide ongoing product support, including enhancements and documentation updates. **Experience Requirements:** + Strong comfort with data and analytics tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Experience working with HR/employee data and internal clients. + Proven ability to create engaging enablement content and documentation. + Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and feedback collection methods. **Education Requirements:** _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
