Job Description

Our client, an impressive real estate investment firm with a growing data center division, is seeking a direct-hire Executive Assistant to support multiple executives in the Northern Virginia office!

About the Job:

• Responsible for calendar management and meeting coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and prepare monthly expense reports.
• Utilize project management skills to track timelines and deliverables of special projects.
• Order office supplies, handle vendor relations and facilities needs, and provide general office support.
• Prepare reports, communications, and PowerPoint presentations.

About You:

• 5+ years of strong executive assistant experience in a professional services environment is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Tech savvy with a strong proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive with a 'no task too small' and collaborative mentality.
• Detail-oriented and engaging professional with effective communication.

About the Position:

• $95K-$105K (DOE), plus a generous annual bonus.
• Fantastic benefits package including 100% paid-for health insurance.
• On-site 5x/week in Ashburn, VA for the first 90-days, with possibility of 1x/week working from home once ramped up.
