This is a fully remote position, so a strong and reliable internet connection is essential. Our team will review available contracts and match you with the best opportunity based on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner.

Identify customer concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Deliver clear and accurate information while offering support and guidance.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including actions taken and follow-up requirements.

Adhere to quality assurance standards to ensure consistent and courteous service.

Utilize various technical systems, including computers, call center software, and the internet, to track and resolve customer issues.

Work collaboratively with team members to address complex customer concerns.

Ensure confidentiality and privacy during all interactions.

Maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection (not reliant on cellular data) with the ability to hardwire via an Ethernet cable.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Healthcare-related certification

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with computers and call center software

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment

Comfortable sitting for extended periods

Ability to pass a background check

Reliable internet connection for remote work

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)

Previous experience in a customer service role

Previous Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one (for government clients only)
