$126,600.00 - $211,000.00

**Job Title: Inclusion Manager (Americas)**

**The job**
+ Work proactively within the Inclusion team to regionally operationalize the Global Inclusion strategy.
+ In close partnership with colleagues in the Americas Regional Network and as part of the Global corporate Inclusion team, plan, develop and deliver a Americas wide programme of Inclusion interventions to advance the Global Inclusion Plan and our regional inclusion maturity. These interventions could, for example, be: partnerships with national agencies to improve leadership understanding and competence, inclusion briefings, speakers and training programmes. Above all, the postholder will have the strategic skills to develop and drive an agile, pragmatic and impactful regional plan, meeting the needs of each AVEVA country in the region.
+ Collaborate with leaders and teams across the Region to advance inclusion. In practice this means engaging with and providing practical guidance and influencing leaders and others to drive accountability, tangible results and an inclusive culture.
+ Increase the engagement of colleagues across all countries in the Region on the topic of inclusion. This means embedding Inclusion practices across countries and functions, working with relevant business partners and holding them to account for delivery of their plans and ensuring a regular beat of regional internal and external communications.
+ Cultivate relationships with inclusion communities, organisations, and groups across the Region that create value to build better practices within AVEVA.
+ Partner with colleagues across the business particularly within the People Team on impactful interventions and ensure appropriate measurement that makes a shift in awareness and behaviours.
+ Oversee the Regional Budget and cost control, including monitoring of expenditure.
+ Support the collection and analysis of employee demographic data and analytics, to ensure we are using the data we have appropriately. Lead the translation of data insights from the Region to feed and inform strategic priorities, targets and actions for AVEVA.
+ Work with all the Employee Groups to support the delivery of their activity across the Americas. NB Many Employee Groups are led by colleagues in the US and engaging and supporting their work, to ensure alignment with corporate priorities is key.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Drive Inclusion in all countries across the Americas
+ Lead programmes and projects in partnership with colleagues in the People Team and other functions to improve understanding of inclusion issue.
+ Support leaders in the region to engage and contribute to activity to improve our inclusive culture.
**Essential requirements:**
+ Intercultural competence
+ Can build strong relationships with stakeholder across the business, including the leaders of the Inclusion Regional Network, in-country Inclusion leads, HR Business Partners, Employee Group leaders and members, the internal and external communication teams.
+ Able to work proactively and independently to influence senior business leaders and others and be focused on results, impact and outcomes. These strong influencing skills will be coupled with the ability to work alongside others with diplomacy and tact.
+ Can prioritise work to achieve impact and results [ie interested and competent in measurement and data
**Desired skills:**
+ Experience of working in multi cultural environments. A working knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is desirable.
+ A tactful and diplomatic attitude.
+ A Inclusion professional - someone who has studied the topic, has science / theory behind the work [not just 'passionate'!]

**Hybrid working**
