Growing together.** The primary purpose of the **Inside Sales Insurance Market Option Advisor** position will be to help make the healthcare system work better for everyone at the point of sale by creating a better customer experience. Market Option Advisors will discuss the caller's options in the Individual Marketplace and make a recommendation based on the customer's individual health needs. The MA position will primarily handle inbound activity although some outbound and follow up activity will naturally occur based on the business. During open enrollment, Market Option Advisors will be skilled to handle inbound pre-65 leads, up to and including UnitedHealth One health products, FFM Marketplace, and State-Based Marketplace Exchanges. Working within a high-performance culture, Market Option Advisors will assist the innovation of the agency as well. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8.5-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am to 10pm Monday - Thursday, 8am to 8pm Friday and 9am to 5:30pm Saturdays. These hours are subject to change depending on the seasonal nature of our business. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. If you currently reside near **North Richland Hills, TX or Indianapolis, IN** , you'll enjoy the flexibility to work in office or telecommute*. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Be available to accept inbound calls from customers who might qualify for an ACA plan on the Marketplace and/or private insurance + Discuss Individual Health Plan Options with customers + Quote health plans and make a recommendation based on the customer's needs + Complete applications over the phone and/or assist with electronic signature + Respond to customer voicemails and/or emails appropriately + Pilot new products for Direct Agency Sales + Be a contributor in team meetings + Share best sales practices with the team + Review sales results with the team + Keep abreast of portfolio product knowledge + Review any changes in the individual health market + Discuss any changes / updates as they arise + Make outbound follow up calls for sales and retention efforts + Update CRM records with pertinent call details + Follow a proven sales and quality process to assist customers + Adhere to compliance regulations + Adhere to a daily schedule using IEX (Lunch, Breaks, etc.) + Participate in scheduled 1x1 meetings, coaching and ongoing training opportunities **What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
