United Air Temp is seeking a talented Install Manager to lead our installation department in Orlando. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities and technician teams.
• Monitor workflow to ensure installations meet quality standards.
• Manage tools, inventory, and job-site logistics effectively.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, and Customer Service to optimize operations.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installation technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews and assist HR with staffing needs.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Manage and resolve customer escalations and issues.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• 2+ years of experience supervising or leading field technicians.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with mobile scheduling systems is a plus.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate field personnel.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (dependent on experience).
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, and a company vehicle.
