Jr. Business Development Representative (BDR) – Legal Tech & eDiscovery

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Flexible)
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission — OTE $100K+ Year 1

• Drive outreach via cold calling, email cadences, social selling, and creative prospecting.
• Book demos, build relationships, and help prospects see the value of our solutions.
• Crush your targets and get paid — with uncapped commission and milestone bonuses.

• 1+ years of outbound B2B sales experience — SaaS, tech, or legal services a plus.
• Fearless on the phones — you love cold calling and target outreach.
• Self-motivated — you thrive on setting meetings and hitting goals.
• Great with people — you listen well, ask smart questions, and build trust fast.
• Organized — you know your pipeline inside out and follow up relentlessly.
• Legally authorized to work as a 1099 consultant (or W2 if applicable).
