TalentSphere is hiring on behalf of our client in Lombard, IL for a Junior Marketing & Brand Strategy Associate to support their expanding Management Department. This is a dynamic, entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to learn the full scope of marketing, brand development, and leadership. You'll receive hands-on training across departments and contribute to the growth and representation of nationally recognized client brands.
What You’ll Do
Participate in daily sales tracking and territory assessments; report findings to senior management
Attend weekday training meetings focused on tools, tactics, and professional development
Stay up to date on products, promotions, and competitor activity
Travel locally for fieldwork and occasionally attend national conferences or client meetings
Represent clients professionally while fostering strong customer relationships
Support brand management initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant customer-facing experience preferred
Prior background in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with client presentations and daily customer interaction
Flexible with scheduling and open to occasional travel
Able to reliably commute to the Lombard office and start within 2 weeks of offer
