Licensed Land Surveyor Qualifications & Experience Needed:
The ideal candidate for the Licensed Land Surveyor position will be a licensed professional land surveyor in California
Have a minimum of 5 years of land surveying industry work experience pertaining to the land development industry
Prior work experience pertaining to the preparation of boundary and topographic surveys, coordination with clients and our firms project managers, coordination with the field crew supervisor for necessary field surveys, preparation of documents such as ALTA surveys, Final Maps, Parcel Maps, Record-of-Surveys, and related documents.
GPS/field work /office work experience and AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience is a plus


Licensed Land Surveyor Role & Responsibilities:
As an essential member of our survey team, this Licensed Land Surveyors duties will include but are not limited to: preparation of boundary and topographic surveys, coordination with clients and our firms project managers, coordination with the field crew supervisor for necessary field surveys, preparation of documents such as ALTA surveys, Final Maps, Parcel Maps, Record-of-Surveys, and related documents.
