Key Responsibilities:
Provide High-Quality Therapy: Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities to address a variety of mental health concerns.
Manage Your Caseload: Build and maintain a manageable caseload, with options for part-time (12+ attended client sessions per week) or full-time (24+ attended client sessions per week) schedules, tailored to your preference.
Ensure Timely Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and clinical best practices.
Engage in Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Uphold Ethical Standards: Demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice and adhere to all applicable professional standards and guidelines.
Client Insurance and Payment: We are partnered with many major insurance companies, including Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, and United Healthcare. We also welcome self-pay clients.

Partially Licensed Therapists: $45-$50 per hour, commensurate with experience and licensure.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Must hold a partial or full license as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
Experience with any of the following treatment modalities is highly valued:
Family-focused therapy
Multi-systemic therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Hypnosis
Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
CADC
Marriage and Family Therapy.
