What You'll Be Doing:

Order Wizardry: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, inputting, validating, and managing their orders with precision and care. Whether it's through email, customer portals, or over the phone, you'll ensure every order is handled flawlessly.
Communication Champion: You'll be the bridge between our internal teams and our customers, keeping everyone informed and up-to-date on delivery schedules and shipments. Your clear and timely communication will keep things running smoothly.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: You'll work closely with buyers and production planners to ensure on-time deliveries, address customer needs, and handle any unexpected hiccups along the way. Your ability to think on your feet and find solutions will be highly valued.
Transaction Specialist: You'll process returns, credits, debits, and denials with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring our customers are always treated fairly.
International Navigator: You'll provide customs documentation for international shipments, helping our customers navigate the complexities of global trade.
What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Familiarity with supply chain systems is a definite plus!
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Comfort and capability with utilizing an AS/400 based system. (Experience with J.D. Edwards is a huge advantage!)
Excellent multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail.
Experience with EDI systems is a large plus.
