Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager who will build programs for preventative, proactive and predictive maintenance. 75% of your time will be spent on the production floor along side your team. You will manage the day to day maintenance issues, lead troubleshooting teams in both electrical and mechanical control systems, manage part department, inventory and oversee purchasing of maintenance parts. Your role will contribute to the longevity of the machinery and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
Five years' experience as an industrial maintenance supervisor or similar role
Microsoft office and ERP experience required
10+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
Strong familiarity with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics
Electrical experience in PLC's and plant automation
Team Management; Ability to mentor and train others in both mechanical and electrical aspects Previous experience in heavy industrial and concrete manufacturing equipment (highly preferred) This position requires being on call to support the 24x7 operation when needed
