As a NetSuite Technical Administrator, You Will:

• Provide first-level support for NetSuite technical issues.
• Manage and update system configurations, including custom records and fields.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Assist in testing and deploying new scripts and workflows.
• Support reporting needs and create saved searches for various departments.
• Review and refine data imports to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in team meetings, providing updates on technical tasks and progress.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Support the implementation of new integrations and technical enhancements.
• Document technical processes and updates for knowledge sharing.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience with Integration platforms, specifically Celigo Integrator.io, including building flows and connecting systems.
• Coding experience with Javascript.
• Previous administrator experience with an ERP system; NetSuite preferred.
• Experience with PIM (Product Information Management System).
• Previous EDI experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
