• 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 12:30 AM (flex up to 2:30 AM)

ROLE IMPACT
Join a trusted name in the automotive parts industry and support warehouse operations through accurate and efficient order pulling. Success in this role is measured by speed, accuracy, and physical endurance in a fast-paced environment where timely part shipment is essential to the client's supply chain performance.
KEY DUTIES
• Pull automotive parts using a Voice-Activated System and RF Scanner
• Prepare orders for shipment with consistent attention to detail
• Repeatedly lift 30–50 lbs and maintain physical activity for full shift
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven warehouse environment
• Ensure order accuracy and handle inventory with care
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repetitively
• Must speak and understand English clearly
• Previous warehouse or order pulling experience preferred
• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong work ethic
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Voice-Activated Order System
• RF Scanner Technology
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift
• Overtime hours may be required based on workflow
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in automotive parts distribution
• Familiarity with RF scanning systems
• High-performance background in physical roles
