SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in Bedford, IN to assist in multiple areas of customer support including contract assistance, part and product tracking, and program support.

Job Duties:

• Regular Tasking.
• Weekly financial reports tracking each funding doc for each TL/TM on a standard report.
• Organizing incoming funding docs, SOWs, and ZFDs (direct cite).
• Communication with GOV PjA and BAs.
• Analyzing financial reports and making recommendations on moving funding across NWAs.
• Research outstanding obligations.
• Work data calls for TM/TLs.
• Monthly financial reports in specific customer formats in Excel.
• Outyear financial planning for each task lead in a variety of tools (both internal to Crane and external).
• Tracking labor, material/services, and other expenditures on a monthly basis.
• Comparing reports to GOV PjA reports.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and 3 years of relevant experience; Masters degree and 1 year of relevant experience; 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Security Clearance:

• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).

Required Skills:

• Professional writing.

• Experience with Excel and ERP.
