Responsibilities as a Refrigeration Appliance Repair Technician:

As a Refrigeration Appliance Repair Technician, you play a key role in providing excellent customer service by delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services for home appliances.

Key responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing home appliances and refrigeration equipment which include but are not limited to Refrigerators, Ranges, Ovens, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Dryers, Microwaves, etc...
• Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs.
• Effectively communicating with customers about the services needed.
• Ordering parts and ensuring efficient use of company materials.
• Collecting payment for completed work.

• Attention to Detail: Keeping your work vehicle clean and organized, along with accurately completing reports, is important.
• Ongoing Learning: As appliances evolve, you should be eager to research and take advantage of training opportunities to stay up to date.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• EPA certification is a required

Previous experience (one year or more) in appliance repair is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $40,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.
