Job Description An employer is looking for a Manager of Salesforce Development to sit remotely. You will primarily be responsible for leading the clients enterprise, Salesforce development team. The client primarily utilizes Salesforce in their customer maintenance space as well as call center systems (Service Cloud). You will manage/ lead the team that includes resources across onshore, nearshore and off shore locations. You will also partner closely with the peer team responsible for production support and ensure issues are escalated as needed. You will lead the teams strategy and roadmap for the Salesforce space and manage aspects of the team including budget/ financials, resourcing, project pipeline, and process improvement. Additional task will include strategic planning for the organization, oversee related Salesforce associated projects, interview/ hire new resources, and mentor/ develop team members.

Skills And Requirements 5+ years experience in leading software development teams (Salesforce)
10+ years experience in Salesforce development
Experience managing financials/ budget, strategy, roadmap
Well versed with Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with Salesforce components- Apex classes, batch scripts and triggers, Visualforce pages/ components (in both Classic UI and LEX), Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL
Well versed with Salesforce integrations, REST & Web Services APIs, Flow Designer and integrations with other systems
Experience in Microsoft environments- .Net, Azure, SQL, etc.
Strong experience in an Agile/ Kanban environment Logistics or supply chain industry experience null
