We strive to be an employer of choice! **What You-ll Do:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive expertise in Apex coding to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and be capable of designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions that meet our business needs. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership. **Key** **Responsibilities:** + Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. + Analyze complex business processes and develop detailed system process flows to support design and development. + Perform Salesforce integration with other systems and applications. + Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials for users. + Ensure alignment of business requirements with Salesforce functionality, customizing and adapting the platform as needed. + Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. + Provide technical support and training to Salesforce end-users. + Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. + Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations. + Stay up to date with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements. + Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment. **Minimum Requirements:** + 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. + Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning. + Strong understanding of SOQL and SOSL. + Experience with REST and SOAP APIs. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. + Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, and Web Services. + Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and HTML, and familiarity with SQL and databases. + Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices. + Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies. **The benefits our employees enjoy:** + 401(k) Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
