This opportunity is full-time and hybrid (2 days onsite in our client's Downtown Los Angeles ). We are currently seeking Los Angeles, California residents for this opportunity only.

Your Expertise:

• You bring strong design sensibilities and a strategic mindset , with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into clean, compelling visual stories that inform and engage.
• You have proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Excel , and you're comfortable building visual frameworks from scratch or adapting existing templates with finesse.
• You’re an effective collaborator with experience working in matrixed, professional environments —adept at balancing stakeholder needs, managing deadlines, and maintaining visual consistency across materials.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling presentations and reports that clearly translate complex financial data and strategic initiatives into accessible, impactful visual narratives, using tools like PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into tailored visual materials.
• Storyboard concepts and structure content thoughtfully , applying design thinking to convey clear, cohesive stories through layouts, graphics, charts, and infographics.
• Take initiative to propose innovative design solutions , offering strategic input on how to best visualize key financial insights and performance data for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage multiple, fast-paced projects with evolving scopes , balancing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of design and accuracy.
• Protect and handle confidential information responsibly , maintaining discretion and professionalism in all communications and outputs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Presentation Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Design, or financial data visualization in a professional industry such as finance, consulting, legal, pharma, and other related industries.
• Proficiency in PC , PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud , and Excel is a plus .
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Ability to work independently , adapt quickly , and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA twice a week.
