As the Senior Product Manager for Personalized Discovery , you’ll lead initiatives that improve product relevance, inspire exploration, and make discovery effortless, starting with the homepage and extending across the digital journey.
You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, and be a key partner to digital merchandising and ad operations teams to ensure supplier content and placements are meaningfully integrated. This role is critical in shaping how we use insights, personalization models, and modular components to drive a tailored and high-performing top-of-funnel experience.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a proactive approach to solving complex challenges, implementing innovative solutions that blend strategic thinking with technical know-how. Your ability to anticipate market trends, analyze data-driven insights, and adapt to evolving customer and supplier needs will be critical in shaping a dynamic and efficient discovery ecosystem.
