• Contract Duration: 6-months
• Worksite Location:  St. Paul, MN
• Compensation: $35.00-45.00 per hour

What you'll do as the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Support the campus recruiting team across a range of activities, including event coordination, candidate interviewing, sourcing, and scheduling
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to debrief candidates, extend offers, and update applicant tracking systems
• Assist with fall recruiting efforts and prepare for on-campus and virtual events
• Source qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and support all phases of the recruitment process from initial outreach to final offer

What you'll bring to the Talent Acquisition Specialist role:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, sourcing, and offer management
• Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Experience with campus or college recruiting is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Handshake and Phenom is preferred
