Summary

Grow your career in real estate as our Transaction Coordinator. Become an expert of our proprietary technology and serve as a consultant to our real estate professionals. Build your real estate transaction and service skills while upholding the gold standard of excellence in listings, marketing and client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
• Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS
• Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions
• Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers
• Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
• Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
• Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files

• Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
• Track activities and tasks in Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.
