We are currently recruiting to fill the following position: **Job Description** **PRIDE Industries** **Job Description** ** ** **Job: ** Workforce Inclusion Manager **Job Code: ** AA036-PR-WrkfIncl Manager **HR Title Group:** Workforce Inclusion **Salary Grade:** E15 **FLSA Status: ** Exempt **Approval Date: ** August 2022 **SUPERVISES:** There are direct reports with this position. **POSITION SUMMARY:** Under minimal supervision, the Manager, Workforce Inclusion overseesservices provided and serves as a liaison with governmental agencies, employers, staff, and familymembers to provide progress updates and required reports for individuals with disabilities.Employees in this job supervise staff, serve as a member of internal and external committees, andensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and licensing standards and requirements. This jobclass requires knowledge of funding agencies, licensing standards, and the ability to communicateeffectively with others, and organizing and managing competing priorities. **TYPICAL DUTIES:** 1. *Ensure leadership and accountability at the site level and compliance with regulatory, safety,and licensing standards and requirements, and is properly prepared for audits 2. *Supervises employees; ensures a competent motivated team through hiring, training,development, counseling, and reviewing the performance of employees 3. *Act as a member of multiple internal and external committees and work directly with fundingagencies to ensure services are met and agreement on standards and requirements 4. *Responsible for overseeing and evaluating the department's progress toward goals, fiscalstatus, and growth 5. Performs duties and special projects as assigned ***** DenotesEssential Job Function **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** -Three or more years of experience in an individual contributor lead position -Five or more years of experience in relevant industry work -Demonstrate supervisory skills to hire, provide the required training, supervise, adhere todisciplinary processes effectively, and address employee relations appropriately -Develop and maintain positive and collaborative community relationships and knowledge ofavailable funding -Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentationsoftware -Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, and written -Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems -Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions topractical situations -Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility **EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelors-Social Sciences or related field A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered. **CERTIFICATES REQUIRED: ** The following licenses or certificates may berequired depending on local, state and/or contract requirements: Valid Driver's License **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** ** ** Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance: -Viewing computer screen/monitor -Keyboarding -Receiving and making calls **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** Work is performed in an office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise. Travel may be required.
