The Alinea Group is bringing our world-class dining experience to cities across the U.S., and we’re looking to hire talented hospitality professionals to join our team in   Beverly Hills, California!

Roles: Server &Host ( all FOH roles are tipped )

General Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service in a high-paced, fine-dining environment
• Maintain strong menu knowledge to guide guests through the dining experience
• Work efficiently with the team to ensure smooth service and a seamless guest experience
• Uphold The Alinea Group’s standards for hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of service as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-volume hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic event setting
• Availability to work during the duration of the pop-up in your city
• A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class service
