This role oversees all internal training initiatives, including technical training, new hire onboarding, leadership development, and career certification programs.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a doer—comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build programs from the ground up while collaborating cross-functionally with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts. Onboarding & Technical Training:

  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and product teams to build role-specific training and technical learning paths.
  • Manage and maintain technical training materials in collaboration with SMEs and technical writers.

Instructional Design & Content Development:

  • Create blended learning solutions that include eLearning (SCORM-compliant), live instructor-led training, and asynchronous resources.
  • Oversee the development of engaging content such as presentations, facilitator guides, knowledge checks, job aids, and training videos.
  • Ensure all learning content meets accessibility standards and aligns with adult learning principles.

Collaboration & Partnership:

  • Partner with HR, department leaders, and operations teams to assess learning needs and implement targeted solutions.
  • Advise on company-wide learning initiatives including compliance training, manager capability development, and performance enablement.
  • Act as a liaison to internal stakeholders to support adoption of learning tools, LMS platforms, and training reporting.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and analyze training outcomes, learner feedback, and participation data to refine programs
  • Develop reporting dashboards to share insights on training effectiveness, completion rates, and impact on performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or training program management.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Experience developing SCORM-compliant content and using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Captivate).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably with experience administering or optimizing one.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with technical teams and translating complex information into accessible learning materials.
  • Technical writing experience or ability to guide technical documentation development is a strong plus.
